Consulting Sprints
This solution consists of immersive sprints with guided instruction, stretch assignments, and applied practice to a project-case that is gradually solved then presented on the last day.
Sprints cover defining a problem then structuring, analyzing and synthesizing findings to present recommendations and solutions. These activities typically include baselining, modeling, benchmarking research, options evaluation and recommendation development.
